SYNOPSIS
The amazing story of Herut Lapid (Herut meaning “Freedom” in Hebrew), the famous Kibbutz member who devoted his life to rehabilitating prisoners. The story is told through the eyes of his widow Geula, who journeys to meet the people his has lifted from the lowest points of life.
I would like to see the movie. I met Herut in Costa Rica in 2000. A friend of mine was put in jail in Costa Rica and Herut came to help me take him out of jail. It was, as Herut told me, his best job ever.
